I was at the post office buying stamps (and oh so nice to drive down a normal Arizona road in a normal Arizona town and not see any broken houses) and asked to see the specialty stamps. Most of them are the same price, so why not, right?
It was an odd collection: Kansas, Ronald Reagan, Gregory Peck, wedding rings, etc. When I saw the folder marked "Literary Arts" I told him I'd take one sheet sight unseen. Why not, right? I was even happier to discover it was an author I'd not only heard of, but read. Yay.
ohh i bet they are so beautiful! specialty stamps are just one of those little things that makes life wonderful. LOVE YOU!!
